Rules

When staying in the stables area, the following safety rules must be observed:
Book horse riding in advance. Tell us which service would you like to book.
Horseback riding experiences can be gifted to loved ones in the form of a festive greeting card.
Compliance with safety procedures during horseback riding and responsible behavior at the stables according to the instructions are mandatory requirements to the customer.
If a client cancels a session on the same day as the scheduled date, no refund will be provided. However, if the client cancels one or more days prior to the scheduled date, a refund of 50% of the paid amount will be issued.
In case the client needs to reschedule a session for specific reasons, the deposit or the fully paid amount will be held in its entirety for up to one year.
